1. What is SEO and why do I need it?

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the visibility of a website or a web page in search engines. In general, the earlier (or higher ranked on the search results page), and more frequently a site appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine’s users.

2. What about customer service and support? Are you a real company or do this part time?

We are a company that has been in this industry since 2000 and this is all we do. We have seen every google trend and algorithm changes since there inception and have adapted our technique accordingly. Many other SEO companies are people that do this as a hobby and are not there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your emails or live support. Many others are hosting providers or web designers that do this as a hobby. Again, this is all we do and we are professionals at what we do. 3. Do you guys really give a refund?

Yes! If we cannot get you to page 1 google for your keywords per our terms and conditions we will give you full refund. No questions asked, that’s why we use Paypal to handle all our transactions, the most well known and trusted payment gateway on the net today!

4. Will I get a report when SEO is complete?

Yes, a report containing all your keyword positions before and after the SEO will be sent to your email on file as soon as the SEO is complete, usually within 20 and 30 days.

5. What is Keyword Monitoring?

As part of our on-going services, we offer 12 months keyword monitoring service to maintain your keyword positions for 1 year period at no extra cost (keyword monitoring service is included in every package). You can choose to extend this service for another year to maintain your keyword positions on Google page 1 by reordering the same package again if you so choose.

6. Do you give Bulk Discounts?

Yes, we do have bulk discounts. PM/mail us the packages you are interested in and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

7. What is the turn around time?

Depends on workload. But we can guarantee that it will be between 20-30 days.
