By placing an order with Discovery web solutions, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

Definitions:

The Client : The company or individual requesting the services of Discovery web solutions.

Disclaimers and limitations on liability

  1. Discovery web solutions shall not be responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure, or any communication or delivery problems associated with Client’s receipt of the Account Service data. Discovery web solutions shall not be responsible for acts or causes beyond their control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, lockouts, communications line or equipment failures, power failures, earthquakes, or other disasters.
  2. Discovery web solutions do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the Discovery web solutions Services or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.
  3. You expressly agree that use of the Discovery web solutions Services provided hereunder is at your sole risk. These Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Discovery web solutions expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Discovery web solutions shall not be responsible for URLs dropped or excluded by a search engine for any reason.
  4. Notwithstanding the security precautions taken against disclosure of information, there are certain conditions that exist on the Internet generally which are outside Discovery web solutions’ control and could result in a breach of security. Accordingly, Discovery web solutions cannot guarantee that Your Account Service data information will be free from corruption or piracy. You hereby expressly waive any claim against Discovery web solutions arising out of the loss of data through corruption, piracy, breach of security or for any other reason that is not based on intentional or grossly negligent actions of Discovery web solutions.
  5. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Discovery web solutions and any of their parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (no matter how they arose, including negligence), or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the Services provided hereunder. Further, Discovery web solutions will not have any liability for any losses arising because the Discovery web solutions Services are not operational or accessible. This section does not limit liability for bodily injury of a person.

Refund policy and keyword definitions:

  1. Keywords to optimise
    Depending on the package you choose, will determine how many keyword you give us to optimise, hence, Standard Package – 15 keywords, Deluxe Package – 30 keywords, Premium Package – 60 keywords. Each keyword you give us will be optimised fully for your website/industry niche.
  2. Guaranteed Page 1/Money Back Guarantee Policy
    2a. Standard Package, we will guarantee 5+ keywords out of the 15 keywords you give us to optimise to reach Google page 1 within 60 days or a refund can be exercised by client if they choose.
    2b. Deluxe Package, we will guarantee 10+ keywords out of the 30 keywords you give us to optimise to reach Google page 1 within 60 days or a refund can be exercised by client if they choose.
    2c. Premium Package, we will guarantee 20+ keywords out of the 60 keywords you give us to optimise to reach Google page 1 within 60 days or a refund can be exercised by client if they choose.
  3. Keyword Monitoring
    As part of our on-going services, we offer 12 months keyword monitoring service to maintain your keyword positions for 1 year period at no extra cost (keyword monitoring service is included in every package). You can choose to extend this service for another year to maintain your keyword positions on Google page 1 by reordering the same package again if you so choose.
